A gite suitable for 2 to 4 people
The gite du Ligal is a typical house of character, in stones and slate. Located on the heights of Najac, and away from the houses, this gite allows you to relax as a couple or with friends !
This spacious gite of 95m² is fully furnished with an elegant and authentic decoration. The cottage has air conditioning for the summer and a wood-burning stove for cooler evenings. The cottage includes :
– A large dining room with living room of 50m² offering all the well-being necessary for a successful holiday, including a TV with satellite and Netflix. The sofa features a convertible with a real mattress of 160 cm for optimal comfort.
– A fully equipped kitchen of 10 m² with stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine TASSIMO, kettle, dishes and cutlery.
– A bathroom with walk-in shower and toilet. Its double sinks and LED mirror will ensure your comfort.
– A semi-closed mezzanine opens onto a spacious room under slope of 30 m², with a queen-size bed (180 cm), dressing and storage space.

A place to call home…
To take full advantage of the summer temperatures and the sun of the South-West, the exteriors of the gite are entirely private and arranged in different areas:
– A beautifully wooden terrace, with a private inground pool of size 9m x 4m (maximal depth 1.85 m) and two sunbaths, is located next to the gite. This relaxation area will seduce you and allow you to spend moments of well being.
– A covered terrace with stone barbecue and dining table for your outdoor diners. This magnificent stone terrace will offer you unforgettable times of conviviality!
– A private parking spot in front of the entrance of the gite for better comfort.
The entire property of 1000 m² is fully fenced and under video surveillance for optimized security.
We try to do everything possible to offer you the most pleasant stay…
– Arrivals are from 16:00 and departures before 10:00.
– Bed linen and towels are provided and beds are made (convertible on request).
– The cleaning of end of stay will be insured (in case you have opted for the cleaning package).
– Free WIFI connection is available.
– A smart TV is at your disposal with satellite (french channels only) and Netflix.
– Air conditioning is installed to help you cope with the heatwaves in the south-west.
– A wood-burning stove in the main room will keep you warm when it gets chilly.
