Rates of 2025
The gite is open from May, 28th to August, 30th 2025.

From May, 28th to July, 5th : 80€/night (2 night minimum – excluding ascension et pentecost)
Ascension weekend (May, 28th – June, 1st) : 396€ – Pentecost weekend (June, 6th to June, 9th): 297€
From July, 5th to August, 30th : for 7 nights 830€ (7% discount if 2 weeks in a row)
The rental is exclusively from Saturday to Saturday in July and August.
Our rates include :
- Bed linen and towels
- Access to the pool and terrace with barbecue
- Negotiated rates on outdoor activities at the Openair sporting base of Najac
Our rates do not include :
- Tourist tax for adults: 6% of the amount of the stay
- End of stay cleaning: 60 €/stay
- Pets: 25€/stay
- The deposit of 500€ (breakage)
Rental policy
At the time of booking, a deposit of 30% will be requested.
The balance will be due no later than 2 months before your arrival.
Cancel policy
For any cancellation, the deposit would be due.
In the case of a cancellation less than 2 months before the start of the stay, the balance would be due.
